Our Story

Iselè is a natural fusion of isla — island — and élan, the French word for vital spirit, energy, and creative momentum. Simple in form yet rich in meaning, the name reflects both cultural identity and creative intention.

Rooted deeply in Puerto Rican culture, Iselè draws inspiration from island life — its color, texture, movement, and rhythm. This influence is both aesthetic and philosophical: a belief in warmth, flow, and spaces that invite life to happen.

The story is also personal. My name, Elinge, means pure spirit. Iselè is a direct extension of that meaning — a brand built on life force, creativity, and renewal.

Founded with a vision to merge real estate investment and design innovation, Iselè began with our own property portfolio. We acquire properties, transform them through intentional design and strategic renovation, and convert them into high-value homes, rentals, and Airbnb experiences built for both everyday living and long-term value.

Today, we bring that same expertise to our clients — offering real estate guidance, renovation management, and interior design services grounded in intentional living. Every project blends strategy with deeply personal, human-centered design.

Meet the Founder

Iselè was founded by Elinge, a trained architect, licensed real estate professional, and construction manager with over nine years of experience overseeing residential and renovation projects.

With a background in architecture and hands-on construction management, Elinge brings a rare, end-to-end perspective to every space — from evaluating a property’s potential before purchase, to planning and executing renovations, to designing interiors that feel intentional, functional, and lived-in.

Iselè is also shaped by lived experience. The brand grew from Elinge’s own property portfolio, where design decisions were tested in real time through acquisition, renovation, and long-term use. This owner-informed approach ensures that every project balances beauty, feasibility, and long-term value.

Rooted in Puerto Rican culture and inspired by island life, Elinge brings warmth, movement, and intention to each project — creating spaces designed not just to be seen, but to be lived.
